Hello bunnies!
How is March so far? Without me knowing, April (my fav month) is coming.
Today, I am going to talk about this Swanicoco Extra Hydrating Swan Cream that I have been using EVERY night! 😊

This Swanicoco Extra Hydrating Swan Cream is a rich nourishing and hydrating cream that formulated with the fermented moisturizing element, which can easily penetrate deep into the skin. It can improve the skin's natural availability and elasticity while providing glowing skin.

First, let's talk about the packaging!
I personally love it a lot because of the simple and minimal design. It is a black plastic container, which means it would be handy when it comes to travel. Like any of the moisturizer, it comes with the inner lid with a spatula for hygenic purpose. It certainly looks small, but it contains the same amount like any other moisturizer (50ml).

As you can see in the picture, half of the product is gone 😆.
This baby works very well for those who have dry skin, as it uses natural plant ingredients that can truly comfort your skin. Furthermore, it is free of paraben, synthetic fragrance and artificial oil, which is suitable for sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin to perfume or many of the artificial ingredients, do try out Swanicoco products!

Since there is no artificial perfume, there is no scent for this hydrating cream. As can be expected, the texture is pretty thick, but it is not difficult to spread. You don't have to apply a lot of the product to cover the full face, as a little goes a long way. TBH, I do need some time for it to absorb into my skin but it doesn't make my skin oily the next day I wake up, which is why I love using it in the night. 💗

Look at my skin before I apply the Swanicoco Extra Hydrating Swan Cream!
It is dull, lifeless and dry 😕

Like any other moisturiser cream, use it after cleansing and toning.
It is encouraged to pat gently to promote better absorption toward your skin. 😊

I feel that the cream doesn't just give your skin temporary hydration, but for the long run!
It has restored my skin's hydration and elasticity. Don't you think my face is glowing and looked healthier after applying the cream?

Super recommend this for those who have dry and sensitive skin, but not those who have oily skin.
It will definitely change your skin condition 😉.

*Update: The hydrating cream gives bumps on my sister's forehead and it seems that the product is WAY TOO hydrating for her. Do mind that it is very important to find a suitable skin care product that suits your skin because it might be suitable for me, but not you. :)

Hope this short review is helpful! 😊
Thanks for reading!

Love,
CLYL.

Good day, peeps!
Any Thai Tea lovers here?

Today, I am going to introduce this new Thai Tea place, Mon Chaang. They just opened their second outlet in Sunway Pyramid. 😊 If you love Thai Tea, you should definitely check out this place, because it serves various Thai teas with affordable price 💗

Now, you don't have to travel all the way to Thailand just to get a cup of Thai tea. Instead, you can visit any outlets of Mon Chaang to satisfy your crave.

Mon Chaang serves 15 different flavours of Thai Tea and regardless of which flavour it is, their price is the same! There are Thai Milk Red Tea, Thai Milk Green Tea, Thai Milk Rose Tea, Thai Coco (Chocolate), Thai Coco & Tea, Thai Mocha (Coffee & Cocoa), and etc.

However, they are priced differently in hot, cold and blended.
Still, I feel that they are still super affordable. 💗

If you didn't know yet, Mon Chaang Thai Tea is made from real tea leaves imported from Thailand!
They use quality condensed milk and evaporated creamer to make every cup of milk tea, which make the beverages flavorful and tasty.

Thus, you don't really have to worry about their quality. 😊

Here is me having difficulties what flavours to get.

The place is open air, which mean you can see what they are doing/ putting in your drinks. Everything is very hygenic, which is what all of us are concerned about. Instead of using machine to stir everything, they stir it manually to ensure it is mixed well.

After trying all the 5 signature drinks, Thai Milk Tea, Thai Milk Green Tea, Thai Milk Rose Tea, Thai Milk Red Tea & Coffee (Cham), and  Thai Lime Red Tea (from left to right), I feel that they all have their own uniqueness, which can combat different type of customers. It is very thick and creamy, even after the ice has melted.

My favourite would be the signature Thai Milk Tea, as it was flavourful and creamy. The Thai Milk Tea & Coffee (Cham) was great as well. It has a moderate sweetness with a decent after taste.

My least favourite would be the the Thai Milk Rose Tea was distinctive and peculiar, with the strong rose fragance. However, a lot of people love that, so it's all about personal preferance. The Thai Lime Milk Tea is pretty refreshing, which is perfect when you are having spicy food. 😉

If you love Thai snacks, you can get some in Mon Chaang as a combo set with your beverage at a discounted price. Or ala carte at Rm5.90 😊

Overall, I feel that Mon Chaang Thai Tea is an ideal place for you to grab some Thai Tea at a reasonable price. I will definitely visit the store again to try some of their other flavors, such as the Thai Coco. 😄

Do drop by and give them a try! They are located at Floor LG2, opposite Wellness AEON Sunway Pyramid and Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang.

Last Sunday, I was invited to the NH Colla Plus 3 Press Conference and guess what!?
Joey Yung was there to have a meet and great session with us at Pavillion KL!
Where you there to meet her last week as well? 😄

I have seen her acting in various TV shows since young and I can't believe that she has not even aged before! I even think that she has reversed the aging process! How can someone look exactly the same just like when I first knew her?

BTW, I love her recent (not so recent) new song, which is 第一百個我. You guys should go and listen to it if you didn't know this song 😆.

I was late to the event and I was so shocked at the amount of people there.
Securities were every where and I had a hard time squeezing in to the media sitting area, which is the front row.

Joey has been selected as the ambassador of NH Colla Plus 3 and she has been drinking it everyday to maintain her youth! She even shared some of her beauty secret tips, which makes her look young and beautiful as always!

If you didn't know yet, the NH Colla Plus 3 beauty drink is a step ahead of regular collagen drink i the market as it leverages on the power of yeast ceramide and ove extract to give you amazing skin changes with minimal time and effort. Furthermore, it is suitable for both men and women with all skin type.

NH Colla Plus is available at Watsons online store and all outlets nationwide.

The Liebster Award is an award given by bloggers to bloggers to recognize and/or discover new bloggers and help them. The word "Liebster" is a German word, which means beloved or dearest. It is a way to recognise bloggers for their efforts and accomplishments, thus motivate and encourage them to make them feel proud of their work.

Getting noted for your work and being nominated for an award is a wonderful feeling!

I was nominated by Ashleysmq
Do check her out! 💕
RULES :
  1. Acknowledge the blogger who nominated you and display the Award
  2. Answer 10 Question from the blogger who nominated you
  3. Nominate other blogs
  4. Ask them 10 Questions

Onward to the questions!

1. When did you start blogging?
I started blogging in August 2014.
If you stalk me all the way down (first few of my blog posts), you will find that they were like e-diaries and the way I have expressed are in a super childish manner. In fact, I have seen a huge improvement in my previous post compares to my current one.

2. How does blogging make you feel?
Blogging makes me feel alive. LOL. It's not like I am dying if I don't blog, but I enjoy blogging and sharing my thoughts with my readers. Besides writing reviews, I love sharing my life and what I am currently up to. It is a platform for me to express my feelings 💗.

3. How can I improve my blogging?
I feel that I am improving my blog everyday, but slowly.
In my opinion, to improve a blog, you have to be consistent (at least 4-6 posts a month), so that it is not dead. When you can update your blog consistently, it is time to improve your language and sense of humour by reading more. An interesting and informative blog post is always what people want. Last but not least, having an eye-pleasing blog and beautiful pictures can always make people feel the urge to continue reading your contents. 😊

 4. Name your favourite blogger(s)?
My favourite bloggers would be ChanWon, Cheesie, FourFeetNine, TomithyTiah, FishMeatDie, JingLovesCake, and more!

5. What are your hobbies?
I love watching the drama but I don't like drama in real life. LOL

6. Any pets?
I once have a hamster when I was in primary school.
Sadly, it died and I don't own any pet since after that time.

7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In the next 5 years, I see myself to be a more responsible and independent individual. I might/ might not have a boyfriend, but surely am keeping contacts with all my beloved friends 💕. For work, I think I will still be working in the same company (maybe no), but definitely with a higher pay and bonus 😘. For blogging career, I think I will still blog during my free time because that is what I am passionate about.

8. What is your favourite country and where would you like to live in the future?
My favourite country would be Melbourne 💗
I am super grateful that I was able to live there for around 5 months for studies, all thanks to my parents! I have blogged and vlogged about my Mel Life over HERE (which is mainly about food and travel!). Feel free to check them out yo 😆.

9. What is your favourite food?
I love a lot of food! To be honest, I can't really decide. xD
I love nasi lemak, BBQ, sushi, ramen, noodles, dessert, chocolate and more 😍.

10. Tell me a fun fact about yourself!
Hmm.. A fun fact about me ~
If you guys didn't know yet, the reason why my blog name is CherylBunny, instead of CherylUnicorn or CherylKitty is that I have a bunny tooth and not unicorn's horn 😂
Geddit? Geddit?

I tag
Bee Lee
Shannon
Tiffany Lee
Shi Kei
and anyone who wants to do this!

My questions
  1. When did you start blogging?
  2. How does blogging make you feel?
  3. Did you face any difficulties when you're blogging? If yes, what is that and how you overcome it?
  4.  Name your favourite blogger(s) and youtuber(s)?
  5. What are your hobbies?
  6. What is your dream job?
  7. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  8. What is your favourite country and where would you like to live in the future?
  9. If you have $1m, how are you going to spend it?
  10. Tell me a fun fact about yourself!

Hi bunnies, how are you guys doing so far?

If you didn't know yet, NYX Cosmetics just have their grand opening last month and I was so grateful to be able to be invited to their third flagship store in Malaysia!

Congratulations NYX Malaysia!

I have a lot of fun during the event and it was amazing to be a part of it.
I even got to meet many familiar faces and enthusiastic beauty addicts that day!

The place was crowded with people and I hardly able to go inside the store.

With Shannon and Shi Kei 👭

Everyone was flocking at the beauty bar, swatching their newly launched palette "Love You So Mochi", which is inspired by the cute Japanese treat.

Their Love You So Mochi highlighter is AMAZING!
It comes in 2 versions: the Arcade glame (cool tones) and lit life (warm tones).
It is so shimmery and bling that I feel like I am a star if I wore that on my face. It has the same pillowy and bouncy feeling as the eyeshadows, where it will dense down when you push it a bit with your finger (just like a dough!).

Fortunately, I managed to save myself a palette and swatch on my hand.
TBH, I love it the moment I saw it!

*These are all ONE SWIPE!!*

The colours are so pigmented and shimmery, which is definitely great for party look!
This is the Sleek and Chic, which is more to peachy and neutral tones. If you are looking for some natural yet shimmery eyeshadows, this would be a great choice for you!

Each section is neatly divided into Lips section, Face section, Brushes, and even Fans Fav!
It really helps when I was searching certain products.

The NYX Store is located on the ground floor of Sunway Pyramid, where you can find it in the same row with Nadeje, Etude House and Baskin Robbin!

Once again, thank you, NYX Malaysia and The Butterfly Project for inviting me to witness the moment. Do visit the store to check out their amazing products! 😄

Thanks for reading and I will see you guys in my next post 💗.

Love,
CLYL.

Hello, everyone! Wishing you guys a very Happy Chinese New Year.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

I know I am super late for this post because I am posting this after Chap Gor Mei 😅.
Without further a do, let's get started!

- LOOK 1: Floral Blossom -

For me, I feel that you can never run away from floral prints when it comes to Chinese New Year. I am always worried to wear a long dress because I feel that long dress will make me looks even shorter.

In 2018, I have finally stepped out of my comfort zone on getting a long floral dress that I have always wanted! I paired the dress with a white top which made me look cuter (instead of sexy 😆).
I am loving this dress because it is super comfy and I don't have to worry that my tummy will be showing out!

Dress: Ezbuy

- LOOK 2: Pinkish Sweet -

In Chor2, I wore a sweet pink top with ruffles on sleeves. I feel that it is really sweet and suitable for the festive. If you're someone who doesn't like to wear red and still want to look good in front of your grandparents, wear pink then! I know some of the grandmas will say it's pantang to wear black during Chinese New Year 💁.

I paired the top with a white skort, instead of a skirt so that it will be more convenient when you move around/ gamble with your relatives 😄. Now, you don't have to worry and keep finding cushion to cover whenever you sit down. Don't you think that this outfit is super cute and girly?

Top: Padini
Skort: Taobao

- LOOK 3: Elegant Lace -

Here is me, attempting another new look that I have never tried before for Chinese New Year. I always ignore lace clothing, especially dress in lace! Even my sister said that lace will make me look fat. Despite that, I still decided to get it, because never try never know 😛.

Loving the cute ribbons on my arms, which kind of give people a fake illusion that my arms are not fat. LOL. TBH, I love the lace details, which make me very feminine. Also, the unique cutting that is able to show my waistline! I was so happy that I bought it at a very cheap price though 💗.

Dress: Taobao
Bag: Michael Kors

- LOOK 4: Monotone -

Well, when it comes to CNY outfits, most of us will be like: Oh, I must wear red/ pink.
So what if you don't own any red clothes?

It's alright! Because you can always accessorise with something red/pink! For this outift, I tried to pair my black offshoulder top with a simple white skort. For the bag, I chose a small, pink sling bag as I think it goes pretty well with the entire look! I feel that this look would be great for house hoping, as the pink bag might bring some luck ( or more ang pows) when you're gambling with your friends, yet looking stylish and fashionable. 😉

Top: Ezbuy
Skort: Taobao
Bag: Taiwan

- LOOK 5: Ang Ang -

Have you heard of Ang Ang Bo Hai Lang (红红不害人)? It literally means red colour will never bring harm. In this look, I got a red off shoulder dress, with a belt on my waist, so that I won't look so much like a pregnant lady.

I feel that this look is really suitable for those who want to look girly and stand out among your relatives during a family reunion dinner or family gathering 💕. It can be a top if you feel that it is too short or tug in for a more casual look. For me, the top is pretty long for my petite size, so I wore it as a dress, along with a denim shorts underneath, in case someone say anything 😆.

Dress: Thailand
Bag: Taobao

So that's all for this post!
The outfits are not necessarily to be wore during CNY. You can always wear anything you want at anytime. I believe there is no restriction in fashion and everyone should be themselves.
I am just sharing what I wore during CNY and I hope it inspires you to try out more outfit styles like I do 😊.

Love,
CLYL.
