Hello Bunnies, hope you are having a great day.
A few weeks ago, Enchanted Siblings has turned two years old. I am glad that I am able to witness and celebrate its birthday with a bunch of bloggers.

Look at the full table of desserts and cakes!
It is like every girl's dream table when it comes to a birthday/celebration.
The theme for the anniversary party is pastel, and that's why I am wearing a pastel pink dress.
I feel that I can blend into the decorations d 💕 HAHA.

A little story about EnCHANted Siblings:

There is this wall of image at their beauty salon, which kind of explain how they came out with the name of EnCHANTed Siblings. It is actually founded by the CHAN siblings: Celeste (1st sister), Munny (2nd sister), Ylinn (3rd sister) and KW Chan (the youngest brother).

Enchanted Siblings is actually the first themed beauty prestige in Malaysia that provides a wide range of beauty services, such as nail services, Korea Semi-permanent, Bridal Services, Nail course and Swarovski crystals and accessories supply.

Entering the door in Sri Petaling Branch, you will see this 2 huge and classy chairs at the entrance.
After I registered myself, I was brought into the beauty salon and I didn't expect the place to be so spacious.

The pedicure area.
There are 3 huge sofas with sinks for customers to have pedicure.

Notice that wall of glory, with all the certificates at the left-hand side of this picture?
It is actually the entrance where I found that the themed beauty prestige is wide and roomy.

Have you wondered why is it called the themed beauty prestige?

This is because they have themes for both of their beauty salon. They started their business at Sri Petaling, with the name of Erelise, which is pastel home themed. They have been known as the No.1 nail service in Malaysia after 6 months and this has made their beauty salon to grow even faster.

Later on, they opened their second branch at Publika with the name of Lunaria Palace, which is pink heaven palace themed, the next year. I am so happy with their successful business and I feel that they definitely worth the achievement because they work so hard for it :)

Beside the Pedicure area and opposite of the wall of glory, there is this wall with full of gel polish. Look at the variety of colours they have! Now you don't have to worry that you can't find the perfect colour that suits you and to your preference 😊

The  first thing that got my eyes  when I entered the area!
Look at all the designs and effort that they have put on the nails! I am so impressed by their work and I believe that no other beauty salons can come out with such unique and pretty design than them.

I am super in love with the dried flowers design, which is so minimal and dreamy 💗
I am amazed when I know that they have more than 1000+ original Japan/ Korea, originally designed by Enchanted Siblings. Besides that, they also have Japanese Express Gel Extension and Bridal Nail Expert.

Furthermore, they are certified by SWAROVSKI, which allows them to use genuine Swarovski crystal for their artworks. It's said that the unique cut of the crystal makes the colour of the crystal to shine longer and brighter than any normal rhinestones 😍

You might think that this kind of crystals won't last long and can fall easily. However, they have used some special technique for the crystal application so you don't have to worry that your money will fly away 😉

Here are some of the Swarovski gel design that I got from Enchanted Sibling's Instagram.
So pretty and classy right? 😍 To my surprise, the price for  Swarovski gel design can be even LOWER than the Japan/Korea design! 😮

I am never a big fan when it comes to accessories. But this Pinku Bizu got my interest.
Besides putting the SWAROVSKI crystal on the nails, the Chan Siblings even came out with the idea of making their own jewellery!

Look at the variety of charms and Swarovski crystal that you can get!
"Pinku Bizu" actually means Pink Bead in Japanese. They only use Swarovski crystal and Japanese fine beads for the bracelet.

Do you know that different colours and combinations have different meaning and stories? :)

If you wish to add extra charms on your bracelet for special occasions, they also have this kind of add-on charms for your bracelet/ necklace.

You can as well get the charms as a keychain for your keys/bags 😄.
Don't you think that it's super cute and adorable?

One of my favourite activities in this events is the Pinku Bizu making!
I have never thought that I am able to make my own bracelet and I have so much fun in making it! 😍 Thank you YanRu for taking this amazing shot of me while I was making my customised Pinku Bizu 😳

So pretty I cannot 😍 (Ignore the awkward hand posture. HAHA)
Extremely satisfied with what I have done. Also, thank you, Chan's sisters for the advice on making the bracelet! I am kind of untalented when it comes to creativity and I am super scared that my combination will be super weird. (Even though it is before the sisters helped me 😆)

Desserts and drinks are served as well in the event!
They have matcha cake, cheesecake, yam cake and some unicorn cookies/cakes that everyone wants!
Sadly I didn't get to try that but I love the yam cake 😋

Here is a photo of ChanWon and I. I have been her followers for the longest time and I am glad that I am able to meet her again after the Canmake event. When I know that she will be one of the special guests to the anniversary party, I was so happy and what makes me happier is that she REMEMBERS me! 😍

I am glad that I am able to attend the event with my friend, Shi Kei (Zoey).
Bringing her out of her comfort zone and attend the event together is one of the things that I always want to do.

Some of the pretty shots that she got for me 😍
Thanks, Kei!

Some of the photos that I have taken 💗

Also, a selfie with the table of my dream.
But it seems that my face is too big to fit everything in. HAHA 😂

So that's all for the EnCHANted Siblings 2nd Anniversary Party that I attended with friends.
I will talk about my experience with their nail service in my next post. So stay tuned :)

Being a part-time blogger is what I am currently doing.
But it is kind of hard to explain it to my parents, especially those who don't understand how social media works. Well, even I myself don't really know how exactly social media works because I literally just stepped into the world of "social media".

On some weekends, I go out and attend events but I always tell my mom that I am just hanging out with friends (which is partly true). Coming home with bags of goodies always make my mom questions me. She thought I went shopping with friends. But when I told her that I got them for free, she's even clueless what I am doing. She knows very well that there is no free lunch in this world.

When I got free stuff, regardless it's from the event or a parcel, my mom will ask me these questions: "What are you doing? Why you always get free stuff?"

Sometimes, I received parcels that are from giveaways that I have joined.
If that's the reason, it will be much easier to explain how a giveaway works.
But blogging? I need so much effort to explain it to her.

After explaining how I got the stuff, here comes the next question from my mom:
"Why do you keep taking picture of the things?"

Ok, when I got this question, it is super easy to reply.
I always reply, "I like ah" 😂. It's kind of rude, but it works. LOL.
But sometimes, I will just tell her that I want to update my social media/ just for record purpose.

Whenever I receive a parcel, my mom will surely nag me and tell me not to be cheapskate because sometimes those things that are given away are "bad stuff"/ things that people don't want.
She's also scared that our house address will be revealed if I got tricked or something.
So, to solve the problem, I always give my dad's office address to my collaboration partners so that they can send the parcels for me to review/ try on. :)

I first started blogging because I wanted to have my own personal online journal.
I always love recording my stuff using electronic devices, such as my laptop/ phone.
I don't have a habit to write it on a book because I feel that it is inconvenient to bring my journal around. And you have a higher possibility of losing it. I record every of my timetable/ schedule in my google calendar and it has brought me so much convenience.

I am from a very old fashion family. My parents don't believe that we can actually earn money from the internet. My dad even asked me to be a professor/ doctor because he thought that they earn a lot by teaching students. But what he didn't know is that most of my lecturers are researchers too, which is pretty challenging and time consuming.

To make everything easier, blogging is actually writing a posts/ articles and publish them online for all to read. The post can be an online journal about your lifestyle or hobbies, sharing beauty/ fashion/ food. A blog can even be a knowledgeable, it doesn't have to be a professional one, but it can be something that is useful to others. A person who publishes posts consistently is called as a blogger. Sometimes, if your posts have high views/readers,  your blog can even be a marketing tool to promote things to your readers, as clients might see the potential in your blog.

It's funny how myself learn something from blogs and internet as well. For an example, I always do my own research before I purchase something online. I even convince my mom to do her own research for her next travel place. Even though she doesn't really know how to use Google, at least she knows how to use Facebook (which is something similar to blog) to get information.

I hope that one day, someone will come and tell me that "Hey Cheryl, I love your post/ I found that your post is very informative and useful". I couldn't be happier to hear that 💗

So, if you’re a blogger or in other similar fields, how do you explain what you do to your family? Share it with me and I would like to know your interesting stories :)

Thanks for reading!

CLYL.

Belly fat is the hardest fat to burn and lose than fat in your other body areas.
Don't you guys agree with me?

Even if I control my food intake, and exercise regularly, my belly fat is still there, and this really annoyed me. Fortunately, I have Jonlivia 😄. I have been wanting to get hotpants after seeing the amazing turnout in the Taiwan star,  小甜甜, losing 35kg in 3 years!

Introducing you guys, this Jonlivia Woman ActivPants S5+ Full Length [Batch 9]!
Burning fat can be easier when I am wearing this because I can burn more fat with the same effort.

When I hit the gym, I don't sweat easily. Even when my face is red like a tomato, my belly and legs are still dry and clean. This kind of unmotivated me to hit the gym but now I have Jonlivia 😃.
With this magical pants, I can sweat 3-4 times more than usual!

BTW, here is me, warming up before I start my routine. Even when I was just warming up, I already can feel the hotpants started to work and burn my fats.

But how the hotpants actually work?

Jonlivia Active Hotpants is actually made of 100% genuine of 85% of neoprene and 15% of nylon. The Neoprene is also called as the "Heatprene" because the material can help to control our body heat while exercising, or just performing even a brisk walk and uses that to burn even more calories and excessive water retention in the body than we usually would. Besides that, it can also help in body detoxification internally! 😃

Super Absorbent and Airy Fabric

Wearing this Jonlivia Active Hotpants make me feels like I am having a little sauna session going on my belly and legs. It 'forced out' a lot of sweat from my body but I don't feel sticky at all when I am wearing it.

It is super absorbent, as it allows me to sweat and has those sweat reabsorbed into the pants itself.
When I took my pants off, I can see the obvious water stain on the pants and even my butt is sweating!
I was so shocked at the result that I showed the pants to my sister even though it is kind of gross la 😂.

Soft and Stretchable

When I first touched the quality of this hotpants, I didn't expect it to be so stretchable.
The quality is so thick that I don't have to worry it will split.

I even lend it to my mom for her yoga lesson and it's super stretchable.
We have no restriction on doing any activities/pose and it's so comfortable that I can wear it for the whole day.

High-Rise Design

The brand new Jonlivia Hotpants S5+ has been upgraded to whole new level and you can now wear it up even until high-waist level (don't have to worry about revealing your tummy 😆).

This kind of high waist design can help to burn the tummy fats effortlessly and slimming down is never a mission impossible! Hopefully, sooner, I will be more confident, especially when I am wearing crop top 😊.

Comfortable and Hygiene

Like what I have mentioned above, the Jonlivia Hotpant is made of airy fabric.
Thus, it is really breathable and hygiene.

There are no germs in the pants and I don't get any rashes even after wearing it for more than 5 hours, which is awesome. Now I can even wear it anytime, anywhere to burn my fats 😄.

Durability

Since the previous few revolutions, Jonlivia Hotpants now have the flatlock seams built
to ensure the extra durability of the hotpants.

With the wide waistband, it doesn't only help to cover and burn our tummy, it can also
help to the elasticity of the pants lasts longer.

Inner Pocket

For the Hotpants in Batch 9, it comes with the inner pocket where you can put small items, such as cash and card. It is like a secret pocket in your pants for hiding your belongings.

Even though it can be an easy and effective way to protect and keep our stuff, there are cons that bigger items can't be fitted in, such as my phone.

Shapes and Confident

TBH, I have a bump and flat butt. After wearing the hotpants, my bump is disappeared, but my butt is still flat 😂. But I am already happy enough because at least I have a flat tummy now.
The design of this hotpants is really stylish and I can even wear this to uni/ casual outing with friends.

Jonlivia is all about bringing healthy style, and performance.
Their vision is to transform Jonlivia to be the leader in active lifestyle wear by driving the style innovation experience to their customers. And I quite like their motto, which is

"It's about Style. It's about Performance. It's all about You."

So far, I am loving it and I always wear it to workout so that I can get 3x of the result.
The pants come in a few sizes and Jonlivia even have other Activ Series, such as ActivBelt,
Arm Shaper, Hotpants with different length, sports bra and even Activ Singlet.

So that's all for the  Jonlivia Woman ActivPants S5+ Full Length [Batch 9].
Hope you guys find it useful 😊

Bonjour, lapin (Hello, bunnies).

Have you ever wondered, what does it feel like having a Tai Tai life?

I always imagine myself in a cafe with awesome atmosphere, accompanied by a group of friends, enjoying high tea session. Seeing people posting their high-tea session and Tai Tai life in social media makes me so tempted too.

Thank you, Shannon and Chez Leoniel for the invitation💓
It is my first high-tea session and I am really glad that I am able to be there.

Chez Leoniel is a French cafe, which was founded in 2012, located at Alliance Francaise de Kuala Lumpur. It is a hidden cafe in KL and when I said hidden, it's located at a place that you won't think of. When the Waze brought me there, I thought that I was at the wrong location, until I double confirmed with my friends. The reason it is located in the rural area is because there is a French school- Alliance Francais.  Chef Leoniel started making pastries, while he was attending French classes at Alliancais. By this way, he can make things easier to do both things at the same place.

Chef Leoniel was a flight attendant and he found his passion in the culinary world by travelling around the world for almost 10 years. He says " Just food itself can be boring, but when there's good accompany, it's simply magical", which I definitely agree with. :)

Stepping in the cafe literally makes me feel like I am in France.
Look at all the art wall! As you guys might know, France is the heaven for artists and I feel that most of the people who visit Chez Leoniel are because of the ambience.

Look at the pastries 😍.
I was having trouble choosing which one to try first because everything looks so great!

Chez Leoniel unveils its afternoon high tea set, which changes weekly.
This can be a really great idea because this can make sure that the customers won't get bored of their pastries and every visit can be a surprise 😄. Besides serving afternoon teas and pastries, they also serve French dishes that you might want to try!

#BTS #男友视角 😄.

While Shannon was taking picture of me, Bee Lee took these candid shot of me <3
OMG look at my legs 💗 Love it so much 💗 I swear I didn't lengthen it xD

Before we get into our work, which is tasting them, we take photos.
Another candid shot of Tiffany and I from Bee Lee 😄 Shannon was so ready for the camera though ~

All the pastries look so good and we are kind of unwilling to eat it 😂.
In fact, we took more photos before we "ruin" and finish everything.

The high tea set usually comes with 12 pieces of pastries, which is handpicked by Chef Leoniel according to the availability of pasties, and a pot of tea/coffee for only Rm75. It can be shared among 2-3 people depending on your appetite.

As I mentioned before, the pastries in the high tea set changes every week and they are always swapped between Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat, Fruit Panier, Croissant Sandwich, Tart Aux Fraises, Tart Au Citron, Tart Au Chocolat, Assorted flavored Macaroons, Fruit Cakes and many more.

During my visit, I got 7 types of different pastries and they are:

1. Fruit Panier
2. Apple Turnover
3. Financier
4. Pain Au Chocolat
5. Macaroons
6. Apple Pie
7. Quiche Chicken Ham and Cheese

Don't understand what they are?
Don't worry, I will explain it below and how I think about them 😊

For the first tier, we have the Fruit Panier and Apple Turnover.

For the left pastries (the smaller size one), it is Fruit Panier, which is something like fruit pie. They have prepared 4 different kinds of flavors of fruit fillings, including apple, strawberry, mango and raspberry for us. I normally have no expectation on fruit pie because I personally prefer natural fruit, rather than jam. Surprisingly, it does not taste too sweet or artificial, which is something to my liking.

For the right pastries (bigger in size), it is the Apple Turnover, which is like a puff pastry. Just like the apple pie, it is filled with apple filling. But the difference between them is that the apple turnover is softer and more crispy, compared to the apple pie. Both of them are not too sweet and taste equally good.

For the second tier, we have Financier, Macaroon, and Pain Au Chocolat.

The Financier (back left in 2nd photo), is the small French almond cake, with 2 different flavors. It is a bit hard on the outside, but moist inside. I love the taste of it but not the texture. When I was eating it, I feel like I am eating a cookie, which is in a cake shape.

Macaroon is my favorite and they have pistachio, chocolate, berry and caramel flavors. I got to try the pistachio, which is the green one and it tastes so good! 💗
You know what? I will never say no to macaroon xD

Pain Au Chocolate is the one at the front in the first photo and it's like the chocolate croissant.
It is so nice and soft, with the chocolate melted inside. It is so addictive that I feel like getting the second piece. HAHAHA.

For the 3rd tier, we have Apple Pie and Quiche Chicken Ham and Cheese and the plain croissant.

Apple Pie is the one at the left. The base is a bit hard a and I am not a big fan of this, especially after having so many apple pies and tarts previously.

Quiche Chicken Ham and Cheese is the one at the front, and it's the only savory pastry that we got in this high tea set, besides the plain croissant. It's like an egg tart, but with ham in it and cheese on the top. This is really delicious and all my friends love it.

The croissant is pretty good, but nothing special about that cause I can get it in any of the bakery shops. I prefer eating it without spreading anything on it, but if you want to make it more flavorful, strawberry jam and butter are provided. :)

For me, I love the Pain Au Chocolat and Macaroon the most because I personally prefer sweet pastries than savory. As you guys might already know, I have sweet tooth for dessert 😄

For my friends, who prefer savory pastries,
they love the Quiche Chicken Ham and Cheese the best. 😊

BTW, the high tea set comes with fruit tea and it smells so good!
It has helped to balance out the sweetness of the pastries after having so many.

Once again, thank you, Shannon and Chez Leoniel for having me <3

And that's all for my high tea session with them.
Thanks for reading!
