There's so many korean BBQ in Malaysia, and you might think that it's gonna just like another BBQ restaurant that you have gone right?

No !

You're wrong ! It's not like those korean BBQ restaurant that we've been, because it have 8 flavours of barbecue available ! Which is an absolutely a great deal.

I've never tried so many flavours of pork in a  korean BBQ. I mean, normally we only got to try different kind of meat, seasoned in the same way.

But in Palsaik Korean BBQ, you got to try all 8 flavours, including Ginseng, Wine, Pine leaves, Garlic, Herb, Curry, Miso Paste, and Hot.

I personally like the Herb and Miso paste one. But the others also taste very delicious !
So, I actually got a hard time, choosing which one is my favourite :P

I can't really taste the wine flavour one, as I think the alcohol is too low.
That's the only flavour that I personally didn't like, because I can't really taste the red wine.
Just to mention, I am not a alcoholic, maybe I expect too much for it d :3

My dad said that when red wine met heat, the taste will eventually go lighter. So, that explains why the red wine one doesn't taste like red wine? Oh I don't know.

In my opinion, it's better to taste the meat, without adding anything with it.
So that you can really taste all the flavours, with nothing interrupt, just the meat in your month
 (no adding vege/ garlic/ sauce/ kimchi).

The seafood soup !

It's a bit spicy, and it's really a seafood soup! There's some prawns, crabmeat, and shell in the soup.
Despite not much, the soup tastes really nice. <3
What I can say is that, it tastes perfect with the cheese rice.

Not full after the barbecue and seafood soup?

Add some CHEESE rice, to satisfy your stomach ! It's one of the best seller there, and this was recommended by the waitress there. Even though it's a bit pricy (Rm18 for that bowl of rice and cheese), it's really delicious <3 No regret ordering that. NOPE :P

*It tastes nicer than the picture !

Nom Nom Nom Nom.....

The cheese rice is what I can die for xP

We ordered the premium set one, which is Rm158.
It's actually set for 3-4 persons, but if you have small appetite like my families,
you can consider that for 5 persons.

#POTD

Posting with my favourite cheese rice <3
I look like a doll in this picture xD (with those big eyes and red cheek. Hahahah~)

The beloved couples <3

The happy family <3

八色烤肉 (Palsaik BBQ)

Last but not least, I would recommend my friends to try it one day, as it's one of my favourite korean BBQ restaurant, where you can have all 8 flavours of barbecue at one place. :D
Totally worth a try ;)

Oh yeah, I also made a short blog for this too <3
Hope you guys enjoy watching :)

Love,

It's food review again ! :D

As I mentioned in my previous post, I said that I am going to treat my family dinner as
new-year dinner. So I did what I promised. I brought them to Three Little Pigs and the Big
Bad Wolf for dinner and I am glad that they enjoyed the food :)

I think that they've changed their menu name, as I can't find those creative dish name that I found
in the net, like The Wolf's Favourite and I Am So Hungry That I Can Eat A Wolf!, etc.
But I think that they didn't change the food la, just the name :)

We're lucky that we went there on the 1st of January to enjoy the Christmas menu, which is Rm88
for starter, mains and dessert. I think that there's still some promotions on,
you can go to their website and check :)

Starter: Wild Mushroom Soup (Rm15)

It's mushroom soup, drizzled with truffle oil on top of the soup and served with some
garlic breads. I won't say that it's the best mushroom soup that I've drank or the
crispiest garlic bread that I've eaten.

Because I personally don't like to drink mushroom soup, so I'm not the most appropriate person
to judge it. But the onion bread is super hard :O Not crispy at all. Maybe it's meant to
be dipped in the soup. That's why they made it so hard :3

Burger: Mighty Piggy Burger (Rm30)

It comes with a juicy pork patty, cheese, eggs, served with salads and chips.
Their pork patty is really juicy and yummy. I really love this one and the salad :D
But not the egg (I don't eat egg that's not fully cooked, so it's my problem :P )

Main: The Big Bad Ribs (Rm85)

The ribs are seasoned in St Louis Style sauce, and grill until tender. This is one of their big plater,
as you can see in the photo, and served with chips and salad. The salad is more to a sour taste
to wash off the greasiness of eating too much of meat, which turns out to be quite matching :)

Main: Just Another Pork Steak (Rm41)

Yup, it's just another pork steak xD With different sauce (of course).
It's very juicy and delicious. Like there's no one thing that I don't like there.
I love all their meats, salads and even chips <3 If you want me to say one, the price then xP

Spagetti: Cheese Pork Lasagna (Rm28)

This is LOVE ! For those who REALLY like cheese, yes you ! You should order this. They're
not stingy at giving the cheese <3 It might be a little bit greasy and bored after eating too much,
but I really love cheese. Which I think that it's worth the price. Cheese is getting
more expensive nowadays and some cafe give so little cheese that
I thought that they've not enough cheese  :P

Did I mentioned that I used the Worthy Book Voucher  for the dinner?
I got free food by using the voucher, which is absolutely a great deal for me!
I saved Rm20+ for the meal though. Even though it's not much, but by saving that Rm20+,
I got to buy another cup of drink for myself ! Or maybe a light meal :P

Dessert

It's a fried caramel chocolate, served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
It's really sweet, and we keep guessing what's inside the fried thingy.
It turned out to be caramel, if we didn't guess wrong xD

It's a complimentary meal that we got as I used the voucher. I didn't expect the dessert to be like this, for FREE. I thought that it's be like some brownie/ biscuit, with ice cream on top of it xD
So, I am very happy with the dessert :) Low expectation, high outcome !

Overall, I am satisfied with their food and service :)

Fortunately, I have chosen the right place to treat my families, as they seem to enjoy the food and
the environment there, which also represent a good start of the year ! :D

Hope you guys enjoy reading it :)
And I'll see you guys in my next post !

Hey sup people :D

I am here with another vlog :D

It's a very good opportunity to climb the mountain and watched the beautiful
scenery and sunrise <3

Despite we have to wake up 4 o'clock in the morning, we still enjoy ourselves throughout the hike.
I am not sure about my parents, but we, the youngsters are :D

It's more challenging when we're reaching the top because the road become steeper and there's rocks  blocking our way. So we have to hold the string and pull ourself up. It's harder for those who have short legs like u xP But we just did it :D

The air is so refreshing and nice <3
I really love the place :)

Watch the video below to see what happened during the journey!
I appreciate all your the views. :)

Thank you in advanced for those who view my blogs and videos :)

December had been a very sweet month. There's so many festivals in just one month, and I can feel the happiness/ spirit still swirling in the air. Despite it's already January !

Wait ! What? It's already January 2016?
But I haven't ready for 2016 >.<

Well, I haven't ready for a new year, but at least, I'm ready for my December favourite :P
Yay~ It's another favourite post for the month ! Who's excited ?
Anyone ? Okay, maybe no one *laughing awkwardly*

Without any further due, let's get started  :D

1. Makeup

Love it so much ! It's moisture, yet pigmented.
The colour is so natural, that my sister though that I didn't put lipstick XD
I am still loving this, and might not change any other lipstick in a short while.

My all time favourite was actually Fresh Sugar Passion, it's very moisture and pigmented.
But the colour is stronger a bit. So, it's more suitable for special occasion, where you wants
your lips to pop out :D. And this Canmake Lip&Cheek Gel is for everyday use,
which can be applied for both lip and cheek ;)

2. Song

I can always feel Yoga Lin's soul in his song, and it has the magical power to let people,
listen and listen again. I am currently watching this drama, and unlike the other dramas, I will always listen this ending song before I close the tab <3 I don't really like the story of the drama,
but I am not sure why I keep watching it xD

A lot of Yoga's songs reached my heart unconsciously, like 說謊 (lie), 傻子 (fool),
如果我變成一首歌 (If I become a song) are my favourite.
If you're wonder, my all time favourite singers are still JJ Lin and Jay Chou :P

3. Book

I actually didn't really like this book. But there's some invisible magnet that keep attracting me to continue to read this book. It's like I got possessed.
Maybe it's because of the quote:

在生命中,你成為無數人的配角,襯托了他們 。然而,
你可能曾經在那個人一生中最幸運的時光裡,成為過重要的一角。
Translate: In life, you play the minor-part in countless people's life, and make them shine. However, you may have in one's most fortunate memory, and become the most important person of his.

#deepthought is always the best !
12 songs, it looks like it's having 12 different short stories, but underneath the 12 songs, they're actually related to each other. In life, we always envious what people have, and ignore what we got.
If you look closely, happiness is not far away.

4. Drama

Love this drama ! Kiss me <3
Have been loving the series, from Taiwan's production (惡作劇之吻), to Korea's one (Playful kiss) and now Thai's (Kiss me)! If you love heartbeat, cute, funny teenager's drama, you should watch this!

The plot is almost the same, but I think this version is funnier. If you haven't watch the Taiwan version or Korea's version, let me tell you what it's actually about. There is this cute, lively, yet clumsy girl, Taliw, who has a crush on a popular genius, Tenten. He likes to tease and embarrasses her in front of all the people, but sometimes he treats her kindly and cares about her.

Taliw has a suitor, who tried his best to take her heart, and a love rival, who seems to be the perfect person for Tenten. What will she do to this situation? You guys might already know the ending, but the process is what makes me want to watch.

Actually wondering which drama should I put for the month. But then I think, why not I put both ? XD

Love watching Blood too. The main actor is way too handsome !
"The inner heart of mine is like screaming all the way :P"
Hahahhah... So basically, it's about some vampire story. Not exactly a vampire story, but it's about a guy, who got a disease, which makes him having all the vampire symptoms, e.g. won't get old, very strong, have low temperature, can heal very fast and etc.

Rita and him are both surgery doctor. They actually knew each other when small, but cant recognise each other. Rita didn't like him at first, as she think that her position was threaten, and suspect that he's a vampire, when she saw that his wound healed very fast. But she  decided to keep the secret, as she slowly fall in love with him, and found that he saved his life when she's small. Then,
there begins the battle of good and evil vampire, and love romance that happened in the hospital.

So that's all for December favourites, not a very long one.
Hope you guys enjoy reading it :)

CLYL.

I sometimes quite like my job. Sometimes.....
Like today! The company treated us Christmas dinner at Shabu Ten.

After work, we went to One Utama for Christmas shopping.
Before that, some of us was already starving. So, we decided to go and have some
dinner before we went to buy christmas present for each other.

I didn't expect that the company will treat us dinner at first.
I thought that we have to use our own money and I was praying not to goto restaurant that are too expensive. Especially when they stopped outside Shabu Ten.

In my inner heart, I was like "Oh Gosh! Are we eating buffet? How much is it per person? 0.0"
Then Peggy said "Hmm this look good. Do you guys want to eat at here?"

When I was struggling whether to tell them that I didn't bring much money,
the others agreed to eat at here :O I was like :/ Okay fine~
I was tensioned all the way inside the restaurant until Peggy said the the company will be
treating us. I then only got relieve, like "Phiuh.... Luckily xD"

In my opinion, I think that there's not much choices there, as a buffet, especially the price for a person is not cheap. I've gone to a better buffet restaurant, which has more choices and almost the same price as this. So, I don't really like the place.

The soup of the steamboat is quite nice, especially the broth. I love that.
But their Tomyam soup is quite spicy. Therefore, I don't really prefer that.
It's more like spicy soup than Tomyam soup, so if you like spicy you can consider that :)
I don't taste any sour taste, maybe it's way too spicy for me.

The steamboat ingredients are small in portion. But the good part is that we can keep ordering.
So, it's not a problem. It's just that we have to keep taking the food from the conveyor.
But this can prevent people from over taking and wastage.
So, it's understandable.

The best part of the buffet?

It's that I can keep ordering meat for shabu.
They have sirloin, lamb, pork, and pork belly. Because I am not very fond to seafood, and I think that their prawn is not that fresh (Maybe I don't know how to eat).

And ya, the another problem is that we have to keep asking the waiters to clean the plates.
 But it's just a small one :)

The sushi and salad.

The salad is quite nice, and I love it.
I am quite disappointed that they don't have sashimi  :( One of my favourite Japanese dish.
But they've already stated that it's a Shabu, so the salmon sushi is not the main la.
So, it's still acceptable that they don't have salmon everyday?

We also got some corn, edamame and steamed egg.
I like their steamed egg <3 Very soft and nice.

They also got some agemono, which I don't really like, because I am not a big fan of fried food.
But my colleagues like it. So, it depends on one individual :)

The chocolate fountain !

I was very disappointed about this. I was very excited to see this at the restaurant and
when I took a bite of the marshmallow, my heart sinks :(
The chocolate taste like dilute-sugar chocolate !
Maybe I was expecting too much, and that's why I was so disappointed.

They also have variety flavours of jelly, which taste exactly like jelly. LOL

Best part of the meal ! I love Macha ice cream <3
It's so delicious. I feel like eating second cone after one :P
Unfortunately, I was too full after eating so much xD

Photo after the meal <3 (Ignore the messy table and focus on our beautiful face :P)

Thanks for the treat Teacher Yap !
I was really grateful to be part of the members :)

(Photo taken from  Facebook )

Feel quite disappointed that some of the food/dessert/drink are not available there.
It's like the feeling of cheated by someone :/
But overall, it's still okay la, just some disappointment. Luckily the company is treating us. :P

So, that's all for today
All of the above are my opinion and experience, no offence. :)

Hope you guys enjoy reading !

Love,
CLYL

Hi people out there !

How was your first day of 2016?

In the second day of 2016, I am going to share something that you guys might not want to miss out.
As you guys know, I mentioned that I wanted to treat my families a dinner on the first day of 2016, to represent a good start, in my previous post.

So, I did what I promised !
I brought them to a restaurant and we had so much fun, enjoy the food there :D

As a student, I can't really afford things that are too expensive, like buying presents for each of my family member or bring them to a high class restaurant for fine dining.
Even though I worked for a few months, and got some pay from my part-time work.

You think to yourself, are you willing to spend half of you salary for your family?
Okay maybe some of you are willing ~ But not me xP
I worked so hard, of course hope that I can spend my money on things that I want.

Therefore, treating family a meal, is always my choice to appreciate them.
If there's any promotion or discount for the restaurant that we're going, then lagi best la :D

You know, eating at Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf is not cheap, so if got voucher then why not? Believe me or no, it actually helps me to save a lot.
I can use the money that I've saved to buy another thing that I want.
Want to know how I got the voucher and achieve a win win situation? Continue read......

Now, I am going to share something that's worth for you to purchase.
The Worthy Book !

There's actually 2 editions of Worthy Book, which are Food&Beverage Edition and Ladies Edition.

Me, as a food lover, of course will choose the Food & Beverage Edition,
even though I wanted both xP

In this book, you can use 180 vouchers at more than 100 malls in Malaysia !
It features 44 restaurants and F&B franchise, including cafe, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Local, Thai, or even Organic/Green food are available.
Now, I can enjoy more food, with discounted price :D

I was damn excited when I got the book and can't really decide where to bring my family for dinner.
There's so many restaurants/ cafe to choose , all the deals are so attractive.
I have a hard time on deciding which one to go first.

More deals?

Besides that, they even have Foodpanda online food delivery voucher!
I can buy food using online and ask them to deliver to my school / house.

You know, after eating the food in my school for so many times, I am already got bored of it.
So, it's completely a great deal for me and my friends to order food delivery, with discount voucher.

What to do after class ? or on a weekend ?

Jio your friends out la !

There's more than 10 cafes/desserts for you to choose, to hang out with your friends :D
Including A Pie Thing, Dal Komm, Komugi, Madame Waffle, Mr Siew Bao, Blackballs, Gelatomio, Lecka Lecka, Juice works, etc.

It's really worth for those who love food. And if you think that you can't use all the vouchers, you can share some of the vouchers with your friends. Sharing is caring ma :)

Btw, the F&B Edition is available at all major bookstore and 7-11 outlets in KL and Selangor.
So if you really like food, you can consider to purchase it ;)
Trust me, you can eventually get back your Rm29.90 or even more, from using the vouchers !
