Today, I am going to share Chinese New Year snack that my mom does every year. It is not necessary to make it when CNY, but whenever you feel like doing it. Unlike the cookies, this fried seaweed snack is very easy to do and tasty to eat <3

First, let see what so we need ~

1) Popiah skin
2) a mixture of normal flour(tepung gandum) and water. It must be dilute

You can change the dilute floor into egg white if you want :)
 3) Large size of seaweed ( The one that used to roll shushi)
4)cooking oil

And that's it. Easy ? :D

Now Let's See How Am I Going To Make It Tasty ^.^

1) First, place the popiah skin on the clean table

2) Apply some dilute flour/egg white on the popiah skin

 3) Stick the seaweed on the side where you apply the dilute flour
 4) Cut it  into small pieces like the one you bought in the supermarket
5) Deep fry it about 2-3 minutes until it became yellowish brown

THE END ! Easy right? You can make as much as you want and the ingredients are not expensive . If you bought it in the supermarket, it needs around Rm15. But if you made it yourself, you can save REALLY A LOT !!

Family is like a music, some high notes, some low notes, but always a beautiful song and cannot be separated.

I'm very grateful to have a family that will always by my side no matter what. There's always argument among a family. But after arguments, they are still family, and will still stay together. I fight with my sisters a lot and sometimes we never talk to each other for a day, but we still love each other which taught us to forgive. I hated my parents for forcing me doing things that I do not like, but I think that I am lucky enough to have such parents who corrected my attitude when I was wrong.

A typical Chinese is always Gia Shu( scared to lose). And I have those typical Chinese parents ~ When I was 4, they sent me to kindergarten and bought story books for us to read. Then later, I have buns of tuition classes waiting for me after school. I blamed my parents for stealing my childhood away and I have less childhood compared to others. NOW, I do not blame them any more.

The words my parents always say, you will be thankful when you grew up! Yes ! It is true. I am very thankful for what they have done to me silently. They can just leave us alone and do not spend any money for our tuition fees. But they did not give up on us and accepted our blames, our childishness. Because they knew that we will surely thank them one day. They have confidence on us because we are their daughter. What I can say is, they know us well, always.

What inspired me to write this post? Of course of something that happened recently ~

One of my uncle'a son is form5 this year( 17years old, 2015). He stopped his studies and didn't want to take his last year of studies in secondary school. Therefore he would not receive any certificate from secondary school. And now he's working in the factory. If he studied one more last year, he might get the leaving certificate and certificate for SPM even though he didn't pass all of the subjects. But at least, he got the qualification until SPM and it might sound nicer when you go to apply a job.

The education that my parents have given me, is the most precious treasure that I got from them. Thanks for bringing me up that well....

The other thing that made me feel grateful about my parents is that my personality that my parents have corrected me. My parents have taught me a lot of attitudes that we must have and must not have. I have heard too many news about having marriage at 18years old (In Malaysia, one can only marry after 18) because of pregnancy. They were forced to marry in this young age because of what mistakes they have done. Fortunately, they do not have abortion which is very sinful.

So here comes the end of my blog. Hope you guys enjoy reading <3

Hi Peeps ^.^ How are you? Chinese New Year is coming soon and are yo craving some Chinese New Year snacks or cookies? Those are one of the indispensable items that you must have, when your relatives or visitors came to your house.  You can not just let them go into your house and just drinking plain water right?

Here I will be teaching you how to make some delicious chocolate chips for you to serve your visitors ;)

*Ps If you are wondering  why I prepared so many ingredients, and there is different between my pictures and words, I am actually preparing 4 recipes (picture). But I am giving you 1 recipe (Caption)one . So it is not so confused when you just want to do 1 recipe one. If you want to make 2 recipes, just multiple the ingredients will do :)

1) First, you will need 1/2 cup of fine sugar

2) Then, you will need 113grams of butter.

It is better to take the butter out for an hour, so that it is soft and can be beat easily.

3) 1 egg

It is enough if you are doing 1 recipe :)

Because I am doing 4 recipes, that is why I need 4 eggs

4) 1/2 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
     1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
     1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

5) 1.5 cups of normal floor

6) 1 cup of semis sweet Hershey's chocolate chips.

It is not a must for you to use Hershey's one. You can choose other brand if you want, but I feel that Hershey's chocolate is heaven <3

7) 1 cup of walnut.

Make sure that it is small in size and is baked. So that it will be more tasty and have the crunchy bite

After preparing all the ingredients, so here we start the method

1) Place the unfreeze butter and fine sugar together

2) Beat them well using the mixer until they are well mixed and fluffy

3) This is how it will look like after mixed well. It will become whiter

4) Add the egg, soda bicarbonate, baking powder and vanilla essence into the mixer

5) Add the floor and mix them well

6) After mixed them well, turn off the mixer

7) Add the walnut and chocolate chips into the container and use your hand to mix them ( Do not use the mixer to mix the walnut and chips)

8) Place the compound in the plate and you can start to bake it :)

9) Before you put them into the oven, remember to preheat the oven (190 degree Celsius)

10) Bake it for around 10 minutes until they are well baked

11) Let the cookies to cool down and they are prepared to be served ;)

Let me try a bite first ^.^

Arrange them well in a container

And seal them using the tape to prevent the air from going if you want to keep it until Chinese New Year =)

It will be still fresh after a month . So don't worry ;)

So here come to the end of the tutorial, hope you enjoy it and please stay tuned for my next CNY cookies tutorial . Bye ;)

Finding some BBQ restaurant that is smoke free? Yes ! Gyukingu Japanese BBQ is your best choice ! When my sister recommended us to go to have BBQ for our dinner, my first expression is

WHAT ?! BBQ? I just have my bath la ~ >.<

But then when I am back from the restaurant, my shirt doesn't have BBQ smell 0.0 This really impressed me !

(Their menu cover ) The BBQ smells are so nice that I still can remember how it smells like 😍 Feel like going there again <3

I think it is good to design their stove like this as the smoke cannot escape so easy from the smoke absorber.

They sell beef meat as their main but they sell other meats too. So if you are Indian or Chinese who can not eat beef, you can order their chicken or pork meat ^.^

We have ordered their Beef mixed plate ( Rm68.80). There's Beef short-rib in bone, Beef short-rib bone less, Beef sirloin and Beef tongue.

Then we also ordered Rice in stone pot with vegetable & raw seasoned beef (Rm22) If you don't want to eat beef, you can ask them to change it to pork.

Spicy beef soup (Rm15.80)

Spicy Beef Udon (Rm18.80). Actually their spicy soups are not very spicy. So if you do not dare to eat very spicy food, you can order this as this is not very spicy.

Beef Sirloin (Rm27.80)
Beef Short Rib Bone Less (Rm34.80)
After we finished our beef mixed platter, we ordered 2 more plates of beef :D

Scared that the smell of meat sticking in your mouth and hand ? They also provides hot wet clothes and chewy gum for you to erase the smell.

Dad is being biased here :3 He did not want to take pictures with us but when it's my elder sister's (bottom right ) turn, he smiled happily and cooperate nicely 😒  I think it's really true that daughters are the lovers of your previous generation. And I think my elder sister was my dad's first love, who he couldn't forget of ~

After I had finished the project for P&G products as a promoter in Guardian, One Utama, I received another job promoting Physiogel !

What is Physiogel?
Physiogel is the no.1 dermatologist recommended moisturiser brand that is hypo-allergenic, soap free, non-comedogenic, no colorants, no perfume and no preservative, which is suitable for dry and sensitive skin. It is produced by Stiefel Laboratory and is already in Malaysia for 9years.

What is Stiefel Lab?
Stiefel Lab is a science laboratory that have been operated for more than 167 years in 132 countries. It is one of the global leaders in field of dermatology and is renowned in the field of skin health. It is now one of the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) group.

Thanks to Physiogel for giving me the sample set so that I can try on it. I have used their lotion and it is moisture in texture. I just need to apply a thin film twice a day after bath for the whole body, included face. And the package of sample is big enough for me to do so.

Did you know ?
One of the fundamental divers of healthy skin is an intact lipid barrier

In healthy skin,
An intact lipid barrier provides a robust barrier to allergens and irritants and protects skin cells from moisture loss.

In dry skin,
A disrupted skin lipid barrier leads to high transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and dry skin. Allergens and irritants can penetrate, making skin feel uncomfortable, irritate and itchy.

Physiogel moisturizing creams are based on the BioMimic Technology that works naturally with dry and sensitive skin

It can help to repair the skin's lipid barrier and replace the missing lipids to restore skin to its natural condition.
It can also strengthen the skin's lipid barrier and help to keep the moisture in and irritants out and make skin less sensitive.

Physiogel Product Range

90% of Physiogel users felt the products had a beneficial effect on dry, sensitive and irritated skin after 2 and 4 weeks of application

Last but not least, you can get Physiogel from Caring Pharmacy, and Guardian
To know more about Physiogel, search their website HERE

Yo peeps, recently, I saw some haters writing some bullshyt thingy on some of bloggers' pictures and insulted them using vulgar words . They even wrote blogs about things that are not true and trying to make the bloggers' images go worst, while at the same time making their blog 'popular'.

I really don't understand and don't know what to say about this kind of haters. If they don't like them, then just ignore them and leave them alone, why are they poking them at their behind ? Or report their Instagram as a spam ?

One of the haters even mentioned that she/he is more popular than xiaxue ( are you kidding me 😒) , cuter than speshi, sexier than Naomi and more ~ omg I don't know how to describe her d. She is just trying to make herself to become a b*tch. And I don't see any of her picture in her blog/Instagram , which mean that she don't even dare to post up a picture of herself ( feel so shame about your face? )

Moreover , what she wrote on her blogs are Fuxk, cheexxx and other vulgar language. There's no prove about her writing ~ And one more thing, she claimed that she's a celebrity blogger, while I think that she's just an uneducated, disgusting, ugly, trying to get attention and horrible person.

I'm not going to state who are those haters, and I'm not pointing you are those people, if you are reading my post. I'm not going to make you popular :P

I understand that everyone has haters, even though they didn't do anything to you, but you just dislike her, maybe on the way they act or speak. You can dislike a person, but just don't hate them. It's not a great choice to hate a person in your life. How many 10 year do you have to hate a person ?

Someone said that you hate them might because of they're doing better than you, and that's why you are jealous. But trust me, things don't come easily. They might have suffered before they succeed . And trust yourself that you can become like them one day or maybe better than them. You can definitely learn some great things from them because everyone surely have good quality in it.

When I say succeed, it doesn't mean that you think that you are popular or what. The definition of popular is liked or admired by many people in a GOOD way. ( not infamous ! Which mean that well known for bad quality or deed)

It's not a great thing to admire or follow those who are infamous. They're just trying to become famous when they're insulting people who are better than them. They thought that this will make them fabulous and famous, while this only will make them infamous and hated by more people ~

What you do reflects who you are.
And If you think that who you are, then you'll become that kind of person

* I'm not sure whether I have hater and I apologize if I have said something wrong *

Lastly, here's one of the photo that I have taken and edited by pitu* . I can now take pretty photos without learning make up XD Don't hate me pls ~

Have a nice day ;)

A chilling afternoon with my beloved sister and cousins ~

If you are wondering where to spend your time alone, you might want to come Kaffa Espresso Bar to enjoy your day. They provide a very quiet place for you to read your book or do your own assignment without any interrupts.

At Kaffa, it is all about good food, coffee and company. Expect mouth watering dishes thaat rivals the standard of a fine dining setting and slurp worthy espresso based beverages that are careful hand crafted by their Baristas.

All of them have became "Bow Family" aka 低頭一族. =D
Why ?! Because they provide FREE Wifi !!

The interior design of Kaffa. I love how it looks like in this picture because of the lights #nofilter

Coffee please ^.^ A very cute picture that hangs on the wall

Ops~ Who is in the picture without any acknowledge ? =P #candid

Oreo Crepe Rm11++
Cappuccino Rm10++

Their cakes are home made and I think that their crepe is okay only. But I love their cappuccino <3 My sister said that it is quite bitter, but I just love how it tastes like

Kaffa's  Concept
