T.G.I.F !!
It was Friday and  also my last day of college.

Time flies very fast. It seems like it just happened yesterday. I have been studying Monash Foundation for a year since January and now it came to the end of my foundation year, my college life. If you guys wonder what course I am going to take next year, I am going to take business and commerce for my degree at Monash University. Therefore, I am going to have my uni life next year at new university and meet tons of new friends XD

Actually I am not that excited :3 I have been used to meet my friends everyday at college and I think I will miss them during sem break :/ You might say that I still can meet them next year at Monash right? But some of them might stay at Sunway Uni and we might not take the same course. Thus, we would not meet each other so frequent like last time.

Last day of MUFY was a very memorable day for me. It means a lot not only for me but most of us. ( I think so ^.^, cause we have a lot of awesome lecturer and fabulous friends that make us laugh).

My Accounting lecturer. She is a very calm person. She do not get angry easily and always inclusive us. She teaches us in her very patient way even though we keep asking her the same question. ( Thank You, Ms Susan :)

My Mathematics lecturer. She is a very nice person. I admire her as she is very good in Mathematics.
There is no difficult question for her. We always ask her difficult question and there she always can solve it easily (Love you, Ms Pang <3)

My Economics lecturer. This is the first time I touching Economics as I was taking Chemistry and Physics at secondary school. She is a very good lecturer, but telling the truth, her voice always make me sleepy. She teaches very well, but her tone is always the same, and this make me can't concentrate. ( sorry Ms. Shree :P)

My English lecturer. She is a person who loves her job very much and she always make her class interesting. She loves history and her life as well. That is why she always tell us story during her class and I love her story ^.^

This is the last class photo we took :( ( Dress Code: Formal)

Class Party XD The reason I love class party is because there is tons of food waiting me to finish them =P ( ya, that is how you know my body size came =P)

Pizza ^.^ This is yummy

Sandwiches

Finger Food

Doughnuts

Chocolate Chips

Chocolates <3

Gummy Bear
Junk Food
And more~~ Mashed Potatoes( This is super tasty, love this the most, I think my friend can go and be a chef :D no joke), fruits, brownies, ice-cream, drinks

I love their brownies because it's very tasty and it's super easy to bake 😊 I highly recommended this to you :)

Here's the location, if you ever want to buy that packet of mixed floor.

It's just a normal bakery shop that sells variety of goods. Their services are very good and the owner is very friendly as well. If you ask me the price, I would like to day that their price is reasonable and some are cheaper than other bakery shop. The place is always full and this shows that a lot people love to buy good from here ;) if you don't believe, go and experience yourself :D
So how to bake this delicious brownie?

First, we have to prepare the ingredients
1. 500grams of mixed flour
2. 200grams of egg (around 4 small eggs)
3. 200grams of drink water
4. 3grams of baking powder (around half tea spoon)
5. 3 grams of sodium bicarbonate (around half tea spoon)
6. 150grams of melted butter

Method
1. Put all the ingredients except melted butter into the mixer bowl
2. Stirred until it's well combined ( around  2-3 mins )
3. Add the melted butter into the mixer bowl
4. Use the mixer spoon to stir it using your hand until they are well mixed
5. Pour the mixture into a container
6. Steam it for around 30 minutes

Easy right ? 😊

I think this is the first time I writing Chinese word :P if you don't understand, and you wanted to know what it means, please press the translate button at the right hand side, bottom gadget 😉 thanks a lot.

My favourate cuisine from all around the world is .......??? It's Japanese cuisine haha XD . Who love Japanese food like me do? :)

My friends are the best accompanist for me whenever I feel like eating Japanese cuisine. We have the same taste for food and we love Japanese cusine.

My parents don't like to eat Japanese food because they don't like raw food, especially meat. Raw vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber and tomato are atill acceptable for them. They feel disgusting when eating raw meat such as salmon or tuna. They just can neither swallow it nor put inside their mouth.

The best place to eat sushi 👍 the food here is tasty and the price is reasonable. My friends and I always have our lunch here whenever there's celebration or our class has canceled. It's located at sunway pyramid and there's a lot of outlet in petaling jaya, Malaysia, such as one utama shopping centre.

Salmon 😍 my favourate starter. It tastes perfection.
I'll always order raw salmon or salmon sushi or salmon hand roll as my starter ^.^
First, let me take a selfie ✌️📷

My lovely friends 👭👭

My friend ordered this as her starter and this is tasty <3 Do you know that this is made of seaweed? And it's almost no calories. First time eating this and it's so healthy until I can eat this to lose my weight :D

One of my friends got addicted to this and she ordered two plates of this 😂

This is what I ordered. Zaru Soba. I think I have addicted to this ☺️

What my friends ordered
Chicken Katsu Don. It's actually rice with fried chicken.

One of them ordered udon mee and I forgot to snap a picture of it. She's too hungry and started to eat when I want to snap a picture of it

The one long hair girl, who wanted to take selfie instead of people helping her, ordered the same Zaru soba with me ☺️

Thanks for reading it and that's all. Loves <3

As you can see from the title, today I am going to talk about satisfaction of people in different ages. So, let's get started and go into the topic. First of all, why would I choose this topic to blog? I think it's because I have seen a lot of people around me always did not get satisfied what they have and keep in complaining what they do not have.

When we were young, we got satisfied easily. Kids are always considered as angels because they have no worry, and always so happy. Even though they cried a lot because of some little things like someone had bullied them or fell down, they get back to smile later like nothing had happened. They are forgetful like a goldfish. They have an easy mind set unlike the adults who think in a more complicated way. They always forgive people and satisfy easily like what I mentioned in my previous post, their lives still go on 😊

Kids are easy to deal with. They can be coaxed using sweets or toys. They are satisfied even in a small thing like go to the playground and have some fun all day there

This photo was taken last head when I was still in secondary school with my follow friends ❤️ I'm still an adolescence :) Don't judge me Kay :p

For the adolescence, they're not as pure as the kids. At this age of people, they started to have their opinions and thoughts. They're not easy to be coaxed or influenced. Some of them are more mature and sensible. They might not get satisfied as easy as the kids and will request something that is more expensive like MacBook and no sweets anymore.
As we grow older, we tend to become more greedy. We want more and more and do not get satisfied so easy. We think more complicated( especially girls). There is this main aspect that we will never get enough and wanted to get as much as we can. (Don't you dare to say no XP)

Money

I know that all of us love money a lot right? Although money can not buy Health but it sometimes can buy happiness. The older we get, we are more likely to dress up ourselves. We want to look more attractive and this require money $.$ . Most of the people will not get satisfied for what they got and wanted more.
I think most of the girls would like to have this kind of closet in their room. It's a dream for most of the girls, including me myself. We are like forever not enough clothes for ourselves or our closet. (I'm not sure about guys :p sry)

As we grew older, we hardly satisfy what we have and this made us become unhappy. We always like to compare with other people whether who is richer or who is smarter. We often do not embrace what we have and take it as granted. There are some other aspects that made us not to be satisfied and wanted to claim more.

Work
No one likes work. But when it comes to result, people like to compare their marks and make proud of thenselves. When there's competition, you'll never satisfy how much you got, except when you got 100% of marks. You'll always want to get higher than your friend even though you have achieved 99% and your friend got 100%.

Most of the Asians always tend to act like they don't study for their examination at all, but actually they are the one who study the most( the Kia Shu one) They enjoy the compliment from others and act like they didn't put any if their effort. Some people who don't like to lose, are likely gain more stress. And therefore, the older we get, the harder we get satisfy and the harder we get to be happy.

We will definitely face some stresse in our studies or work. It's hard to ask someone to help you to solve your problems every time. The works are not as easy as the work in primary school or even secondary school or college, only you yourself can solve it.

Relationship
Some people like to get attention from people. They always act differently when people starts to ignore them. They do not  want to be the left out one and wanted their friends to satisfy their needs. We always started to have a relationship problem like dislike a person's attitude or personality when we're getting older. Friend can never help you to solve your problem every time. Especially when it comes to couple relationship, it's hard to intervene into their problem and solve for them. It's better to let them solve it themselves and the only thing we can do is to motivate them and give them some energy.

Please bare in mind that we do not need so many friends to prove that we are good, we just need one or two friends who are truly understand and know you :)

I'll be posting some tips on how to become happy, which works one in my next post. I'm not sure whether it'll work in you, but there's no harm to give it a try 😉

Kay. Thanks. Bye. Loves <3
Feel free to criticize my grammer XP

Today, I have my Economics Trial Examination done and I was so happy because my dearest Semester break is coming nearer and nearer XD. Besides that, I think today's Economics Test is doable. I can do most of the question but not all. _:P I can't believe that I can do most of the question because for me, Economics is always the hardest subject of all my other MUFY subjects.
Maybe today is a good day? Maybe~

So after my examination, it is already noon and my empty stomach is already growling in hunger.
When I was walking my way to Sunway Pyramid to hunt food, I saw this Health Body Check-Up booth at the Student Service Centre in Sunway College. I saw people are all surrounded the booth and this has made my interest to rise and followed the crowd.

The nurses at Sunway Medical Centre are very friendly and they even explained to us what is this body check up about and the purpose of doing this. Before yo start to do this, you have to make sure that you did not eat any food in the past 2 hours as it will affect the result C:

There are some few steps we have to follow to complete this Simple Body Check-Up
Step 1: Fill up the Health Screening form that I showed above

Step 2: The nurse will help you to measure your height and weight. And then, he/she will calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index, which is calculated using the formula of
\mathrm{BMI} = \frac{\text{mass}(\text{kg})}{\left(\text{height}(\text{m})\right)^2}

In my case, my BMI is 19.5 and it is considered as normal. The nurse also helped me to find out how much weight I still can gain although I do not want to know. It is because I will find tons of reasons to eat and gain more weight XP (p.s I love food)

Step 3: For girls, they will give you the female nurse to help you to measure your waist circumference. Therefore, you no need to worry a male nurse will touch your waist. They measure your waist circumference is to check whether you have excess fats in your body. The waist circumference is the easiest way to measure. For female, it is better to have >80cm of waist length, while for male is >90cm.

There are many health risk that one might get if one have too much of fats in the body
e.g diabetes,
     high blood pressure,
     stroke,
     heart disease, and
     certain cancers.

Step 4: measure blood pressure and pulse rate. Why do we have to measure blood pressure? It is actually used to find out whether an individual have hypertension and the potential to get a heart disease, e.g heart attack. Therefore, you are not allowed to talk when the nurse start to measure your blood pressure as it will increase the level of your pulse rate. You have to keep yourself calm and just stay quietly. It just take you a few second to be done. So be patient =)

Step 5: measure blood glucose. Why so we have to measure blood glucose? It is to make sure that there is no excess of sugar in our body as it will cause obesity to one.
For me, I got 52mmol/L for my glucose level and it is considered as normal XD

So here comes the ends of this topic and I hope you guys will know more about this =3
Please take care of your body and take some simple medical check even though you are still young.
Night . =) Tq for reading it. Loves <3
