It's the best matcha latte that I have tasted so far !
Little Rouge is a small little cafe, that tucked in a small aisle, with greens around the window frame.
It only offers drinks and some simple cakes, where I will post their menu at the bottom.
Now, let me show you around the interior of the cafe.
They have put some nice photos on the wall as decorations and it really attracts my eyes.
The beautiful pictures of nature are always simply amazing.
The place is so small and packed.
Most of the people came here to chill and have their drinks and have quality time with their loved one.
The menu.
Matcha Latte.
The smooth milky texture, with a little bit of bitterness make me fall in love with it.
Their green tea flavour is really strong, with the top milk foam are what I always find attractive to the drink. It is the best Matcha latte that I can find in Melbourne.
When I thought that I will have to take away my drink, the waitress leads me to the back,
where there is a hidden room !
The room is relatively small and artistic as well.
Really love the environment, but what really bother me is that the cafe is too small.
If I came with a bunch of friends, we will have to take away our drinks and go to other place.

Doubt.
I doubt.
I doubt everything about myself.
It kinda shows that I am not confident.
But I rarely show it up.
I hope that I have hide them well.
I don't like the feeling of mistrust.
Like I am not capable.
I might look like I am not reliable.
But when I wanted something, I tried my best.
Maybe I am not sincere enough.
I hope that I look like what I want it to be.
But did I do a great job on proving it?
Maybe I am not working hard enough.
I might look like I am playing around.
They think that I can do it better.
Maybe I am not genuine enough.
I want to challenge my limit.
Who doesn't want a carefree life?
Like doing things that they want without any worry.
I doubt the decision that I have made.
We make choices everyday.
But that is what we call life.

Yum Yum, it's food review again !
This time, I am going to bring you guys to White Mojo !
One of my favorite cafes in Melbourne. I seriously have a hard time choosing
which cafe is my favorite because there is soo many cafes and good food around.
Indeed, it is a food heaven for me !
Extremely love how they design the cafe!
Minimalist look, with some fake green plants to make the cafe more lively.
White is currently one of my favorite colors and this has made me love the cafe even more !
A very comfortable interior design makes me fall in love with the place and also make me
want to chill at the place with my friends longer.
They have really put effort on making the interior look nice.
Look at the creative art work on the wall !
Okay, now enough of the interior, now let's talk about the food <3

To be honest, I am drooling right now.

Matcha Orange Hot Cake $17.50
(Melted marshmallow, freeze dried and seasonal fruit, chocolate crumble and blueberry marmalade)
The first MUST order plate goes to their hot cake !
Doesn't it look so appetizing ?
I don't know that matcha can actually go well with orange hot cake.
It's a brilliant idea <3 But the freeze dried and seasonal fruits are really sour though ~
White Mojo Croissant Burger $24
(Soft shell crab, pickled cucumber, chipotle mayo, smoked eel, fried egg and buttery croissant)
Tell you what ! This is so good <3
Soft shell crab is on point and the croissant is so nice !
Super love the combination because 2 of my favorite foods are in one dish.
Smoked Salmon $21
(House cured salmon, roasted beetroot labneh, whipped avocado & tahini, pomegranate vinaigrette, puffed quinoa, poached egg and brioche toast)
How can you miss their smoked salmon !
It is so good and I seriously fall for this dish.
At first, I was wondering where is the smell of smoke came from.
But then I realized it's from this "smoked" salmon which is absolutely creative !
How can they thought of presenting this dish using such abnormal and creative way?
I wow-ed all the way when the waitress presented this dish to us.
The most awesome part is that, it tastes as good as it looks !
Eton Mess $15.50
(Organic yogurt, strawberry& coconut gel, freeze dried and seasonal fruits, spiced meringue and lemon curd)
Look at the design !
It is stunning, isn't it ?
Not recommending this to those who can't eat sour though.
Not my favorite dish because I don't like coconut and the dried fruits are way too sour for me :P

I didn't know that I can inspire someone.
Like I always don't feel that I am good enough and I always do things that is not inspiring.
In fact, I always inspired by people around me.
I didn't know that I can inspire someone too.
When my friend told me that she wanted to start making videos too,
and it is because of me. I suddenly feel so touched.
Then only I realized that I also can inspire someone to start something new too.
I don't know that I have that kind of ability to influence someone until then.

In 2017, everyone is raving about the Trash Doves (purple bird), cash me outside how about that
and other meme videos.
BUT I really had a lot of fun with my relatives when shooting this videos !
This challenge was taken when we went back to our hometown during CNY.
I must say that it is pretty challenging when we were filming this and
we tried around 3 shots to get this perfect one.
I wanted to thank everyone, who's patient enough to make this challenge happened
and also my sister who filmed this !

One of our friends recommended this cafe to us.
So we went all the way to Hawthorn to have brunch together.
Howthorn is not very far from where we stayed but we always head to city for brunch.
Indeed, it was a decent experience exploring Hawthorn for the first time.
Now, let me show you what we have had in Axil Roaster Coffee :)
Steak
with poached eggs, cabbage and cider hollandaise
This was served specially only that day on their special menu.
The steak is well cooked, and the poached eggs were perfect, as the egg york flooded out once it's cut into half. My friend said that it is pleasantly good.
The Roaster's Breakfast
with poached eggs, bacon, pork cotechino, cheese croquette, thyme mushrooms, roasted tomato and relish on sourdough ($23.5)
The sweetness in red velvet pancake with the sourness of berries and cream cheese, make this dish of dessert so good that I can't stop eating <3

Potato Hash
with pulled pork, poached eggs, red cabbage, apple, mint and cider hollandaise ($21)
This is pretty good, but what is disappointing is that they have overcooked the poached egg and the cabbage is a bit bitter. It doesn't really matter to me because I am not a big fan of poached egg, but SK was really sad about this dish.
Lamb Ragu
with potato gnocchi, green olives, pistachio and ricotta insalata ($23)
Brian ordered this and he said it is extremely good.
So if you love to eat lamb, you can try this.
Salmon Pastrami
with grilled Polenta, beetroot, sauce gribiche, kohlrabi, fennel, cress and poached egg ($22)
I actually wanted to order this at the first place, but since my friend wanted this, I let him order.
I am a salmon lover, and I love any kind of salmon, whether it is raw salmon or fried salmon.
But my friend, who has a strong taste bud, exclaimed that it is salty, which make me didn't want to try it at all. I can't take salty stuff.
Pork Belly
with cauliflower puree, sauteed brussel sprouts, kale, agrodolce and chorizo crumble ($24)
Look at the pretty decoration ! According to the waitress, he said that the chef colored the cauliflower with some vinegar, making it to become purple and a sourish taste.
The pork belly is well fried, making the skin of it to be extremely crunchy. I even could hear the crunchiness when my friend was eating it with his mouth closed. That's ridiculous !
Latte ($4)
Another cafe in Melbourne that serves good coffee <3
After a few months, when we were shopping in Chadstone Mall, we found that Axil has already extended their store !
Since after that day, we went to Axil when we do not know what to eat in Chadstone.
Axil has been one of our frequent place to go for good food and nice coffee.
Rosemary and lemon crumbed Chicken Burger
with slaw, parmesan aioli, and sweet potato wedges.
The waitress recommended us this chicken burger as he said that this is his favourite dish of all.
And it's true ! SK and I enjoyed this so much that we keep complimenting it.
The chicken is so crispy and the bread is so soft and nice.
The pototo wedges is by far the best potato wedges <3
The Roaster's Breakfast
with poached eggs, bacon, pork cotechino, cheese croquette, thyme mushrooms, roasted tomato and relish on sourdough ($23.5)
Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Waffles
with hazelnut parfait, toasted hazelnuts, crushed wafer biscuits and gianduja chocolate curls ($19)
As a chocolate lover, I don't think that I can live without chocolate.
Ferrero is one of my all time favorite chocolate besides dark chocolate.
The choc is sweet and thick, with strong hazelnut taste ice-cream, they just fit perfectly well !
Red Velvet Pancake
with raspberries, black sesame ice cream, cream cheese ganache, and chocolate brownie soil ($19)
This is really good as well !
Love both of the dessert so much and surprisingly they're quite filling.The sweetness in red velvet pancake with the sourness of berries and cream cheese, make this dish of dessert so good that I can't stop eating <3
