Hey ya, I am back with my Bangkok trip day 2 ;)
To read my Bangkok trip day 1, click HERE

Morning ~ Had our breakfast in the hotel.
I didn't expect that they will prepare breakfast for us. :D
Cause since it's a budget hotel, so I assumed that there'll be no breakfast.

So, after we had our breakfast, we headed to Chatuchak market at around 8am.
We wanted to go there as early as possible so that the sun is not that burning yet,
and we can shop longer :)

For Day 2, we didn't do much, but shopped :P
Chatuchak market is one of the world's largest and famous flea markets that is opened on weekends only. There are a lot of shops selling handicraft, clothes, foods, accessories and others. You will never get bored shopping as the things there are SUPER cheap!

I bought 2000 baht for that day and were very cautious about using my money,
so that I don't use all of my money just in day 2 :P

The place can even improve our bargain skills, as we bargained at every stores that we have gone XD
Even when the things they sold are already very cheap, we just bargained.

Saw this really cute body soaps there and they smell exactly like the fruits ! <3
It so pretty and it's very cheap !
60 baht for 1 and you can bargain until 40-50 baht each.

Have you noticed that the shape of the soap at the top there is actually a penis?
I didn't notice that at first, because I got attracted by the soaps until someone said it out XD

If you're wondering where is Carena, she is actually just beside the clothing store XD
She is more interested in clothes than the soap.

After shopped for a while, we decided to rest and have our lunch before continue shopping :D
So we got Pad Thai (again) and the fried rice at one of the stores there.

Have I mentioned that their fruits are very sweet?
We got coconut water and orange juice, and both of them are so sweet and nice,
that we thought they have added sugar in it.
But we are sure that they din't put any syrup in the coconut water,
as we looked at them taking off the coconut shell and pour the water out.
How come their fruits are so nice one? :O

A photo at the middle of the Chatuchak road.
It's damn crowded !

Actually I planned to post this photo in Instagram one, but then I just missed the chance as I was so tired after got back to the hotel XP

Coconut ice cream :D
The real Thai coconut ice cream ! (40 baht ONLY! with 2 toppings)
In Malaysia, it's Rm5/6 right? And I don't know why I think that the Thai one is nicer :P

We actually didn't think that we can spend the whole day there.
We actually planned to go a shopping mall after we done shopping in Chatuchak, but the place is so big, that we just had not enough time to shop the whole place just in one day ! XP

In the end, we just left the place, because we were going to have our dinner in the shopping mall, as planned. We left the place with our painful legs, as we walked too much. Even that, we also wanted to continue shopping :P

We delayed our dinner and decided to rest in the hotel, instead of do more shopping in the mall.
As we don't think that we will buy anything there :)

Had our dinner at Phan Khom Thai Cuisine in Central World.
I have searched a lot of nice restaurants in Bangkok, and this Phan Kom Thai Cuisine caught my eyes. The food is quite nice, but the portion is small :(
Didn't expect that it came out so small portion and it costed us 647 baht for this meal.
Especially that green curry chicken! It tastes so nice, but it just came in a small bowl,
so we just got to eat 2-3 pieces of boneless meats :O

After dinner, it's almost 10pm and we were not able to shop around the mall.
We wanted to go to Naraya, but they didn't allow us to go in, as they're closing and everyone was lining up in the cashier.

So, we just headed back to our hotel and count it as a day.

On the way back to the hotel, we bought some choco banana pocky, that is a must to buy in Bangkok, as you can never find this flavour in Malaysia. I also bought this milk, which taste like yakult :D
So nice to drink! And I got my supper prepared ;)

After arranging our hauls, and bathed, we slept quite early that day, as we were going to Damneon Floating Market tomorrow and we needed to wake up early.

We were so tired and satisfied at the same time :D
Thailand is really a nice place to shop! 泰好玩,泰好買 (nice to play, nice to shop)

It's okay not to have boyfriend, when you have girl friend :D

If you have read my dayre, you might already know what happened,
so you can just skip this post.
If you don't, just continue to scroll down ;)

So, the story went like this. I am supposed to go out with a bunch of friends to have our lunch at Uncle Jang. But they last minute said that they're not going, due to personal issues.
I understand their situations and the bunch of people became just Hui Suen and me :/

Hui Suen actually thought that I will cancel the outing, since almost all of them said no.
To her surprise, I actually said yes XD

Now, it just left Suen and me are going out. And we can't go Uncle Jang because only left two of us. We might not be able to finish our food.

We changed our plan, and we decided to go and explore new cafe :D
Suen suggested that we can go to Caffeinated Cabin, since I am craving for pasta ^.^
Why do you request for boyfriend, to let them have the tendency to hurt your heart,
when you have such caring friend <3

The cafe is actually very small and it's located just beside the salon.

When the Waze said "You have reached your destination",
both of us were like "Huh? Where?"
So, I stopped beside the road and the Waze goes "turn left ..."
And then Suen and I was like "did we passed the cafe?" XD

We ended up that we actually passed by the cafe,
and I have to go a big round to go back the place >.<

This time, I drove slower, and when the Waze said "You have reached your destination"
for the second time, we are actually staying in front of a salon :O
The truth is, the cafe is actually hided beside the salon. XD

I found that this decoration is quite nice :D

It took some time for the food to be served, but the waiter is very nice and helpful.
He keeps refilling our water and when the food is here, he keeps apology for us to wait so long.

We think that there is only one chef in the cafe, since the cafe is really small,
and they didn't expect that so many people coming.
The cafe is actually almost filled up with people.

The sun shone through the glass, and makes my skin so nice <3

And then, at the corner of my eyes, I saw suspicious Suen was actually taking picture of me.
So, the shy side of me just laughed like this and wanted to cover my face up :P

I have ordered their Carbonara pasta (Rm17.90) and it's available in beef bacon and turkey ham.
I think they have added butter in the carbonara sauce, because it have the taste of butter.
It's a bit oily at the bottom, but overall the taste is quite nice .

If you like carbonara pasta, you can try this :)

Suen's Cabin breakfast (Rm24.90). The portion is actually quite big. :O
But I think it will be okay for guys.

#dateofday

Selfie after our lunch :)

Our eye bags are no joke XD

But it's a trend in Korea ! We should dressed up more like Korean :P

Because Suen wanted to take a photo with the sunflowers :D

And then, this girl suddenly asked me whether I wanted to take OOTD
Because she doesn't take OOTD for me one.
I mean she rarely helps me to take, except when I asked her to.

Hmmm.... XD

Credit to Suen <3

Crop top from Time Square
Zara pants from Taobao
Sandals from H&M

BKK bag from BKK Original
Watch from Fossil
Hand band from night market

A close up picture for it ;)

Actually I wanted to take a picture for her one , but she's too shy to stand in front of the camera and posing. She rarely takes OOTD, that's why. XD

After taking tons of photos, we headed to our next destination.

DESSERT <3

We have heard a lot of people talking about Humble Pie.
They svn compared Humble Pie with A Pie Thing.
I think that both of the pies are nice and each one of them have their own taste.

We have ordered banofee (Rm10), which means banana and coffee.
It is very sweet toothing, and the cream is quite stiff.
It's like a very solid cream, unlike those fluffy's one, but it's quite nice

Suen actually wanted to try Musang King, as it's seasonal one.
And it's also one of the best sellers, but I don't really like durian. :P
So, too bad ~ ~

Suen's busy face (taking photo of the pie XD)

So, that's all for today.

It's my very FIRST time going oversea WITHOUT my parents XD
I was so excited the day it came, because I was going to the place that I have been wanting to go <3

There is only 4 of us, all girls, and 3 of us didn't go to Bangkok before, while the other one has been there once. So, it's kind of an adventuring trip.

Therefore, to minimise the accidents and fully enjoy ourselves there, we did our homework!

Everyone of us have to suggest 2 places that we wanted to go. Jesslyn and I arranged the schedule; my elder sister, Carena booked the flight and hotel; Wen Qi is the treasurer .

Wen Qi, Jesslyn, Me

Our flight was 7am, therefore we woke up at 3am that day :O
And I just slept for 3 or 4 hours only >.<
Because I haven't done packing my stuff :P

Had our McD breakfast in the airport :)

Also, not to forget to take a selfie before I landed off :P

Great views outside the plane <3
I set this as my desktop cover, because it's so beautiful :D

The first thing that you must do before you leave the airport is to take a Map of Bangkok!
It helps us a lot while going from a place to another, as there's a barrier between  the Thais and us.
They don't speak English and we don't speak Thai. :/

The map consisted some popular places that we are going and it helped us a lot while just showing them the places that we wanted to go.

By the day we leave Bangkok, my map has become '咸菜', and you know how often I used it.

So, from Dom Neong Airport, we sat the bus  to the nearest BTS (Chatuchak).
We actually wanted to sit the taxi to our hotel, but we think that sitting the bus and BTS is cheaper :D
*Be aware of the taxi scam! It's better to use a meter taxi.

We are staying in a budget hotel, named Take a Nap.
The reason why we chose this hotel is because it's really cheap, it provides Wifi, it is very near to both BTS and MRT, and they provides 4-beds room :D
And the stuff there is very friendly, and helpful ! 赞

After we settled our luggage, we went for our first meal at Bangkok.
Erm, their chicken rice (40 baht) doesn't suit our preference because we don't really like the sauce.
We saw a lot of people eating this stall, so we decided to give it a try,
but it disappointed us much, and we still prefer the Malaysia chicken rice XD

We went to 2 temples for Day1 ( The Grand Palace and Wat Pho)
as the temples in Bangkok is very famous.

We sat the BTS to Saphan Taksin and then sat this boat to our destination.
There is a tourist guide in the boat and explaining stuff about the buildings along the Chao Phraya River. We stopped at Tha Chang Pier (N9) and followed the crowd to our first destination, The Grand Palace ! (Super big and grand; 500 baht)

Wen Qi, Jesslyn, Carena's sleepy face
(She didn't sleep for the whole night)

What I do the best :P

Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun)
We actually wanted to go this temple, but by the time we visited both Grand Palace and Wat Pho, we didn't left much time :/ So, we keep it for our next trip :P

Took a group photo outside the Grand Palace
(Shit >. > I look ugly here)

The day is very sunny, the place is very big, we walked a lot, we exposed a lot to the sun and luckily we have put a lot of sun screen ;)

There's 9 buildings in this Grand Palace, and you can't imagine how big it is.
I think we didn't go all the buildings. It's really big and we spent almost 2 hours there XD

Took tons of photos in front of this building XD
Because it's TOO pretty <3

Resting under the trees :) One of the pleasure in Bangkok XD
The sun is burning ! But it's better than rain :D

 Another building :3

After we visited the Grand Palace, we bought some fruits to gain some water and minerals, that we have lost, due to sweat too much.

The Thai fruits are SOOO sweet. I don't dare to eat too much of their fruits, cause I am scared that I will get diabete  XP

A selfie a day, keeps sadness away ;)

Then we went to Wat Pho (100 baht) to take photos with this beautiful Buddha <3

Nice right? #nofilter.
It's like she just came down from the sky <3

There is these small building, like decorations around the main building.

Erm, I know it's weird XD

The Wat Pho is relatively smaller than Grand Palace, but not that small.
Took a lot of photos, but can't put all them in, or not this post will never end :P

So cute :P
(Complimenting the sculpture and also myself)

The Kao San Road.
When I was taking this photo, there is a lot of tourists photo boomed in (like purposely!) XD
They're so cute. But I waited them to 'vanish' in front of me only take this picture :P

There's a lot of henna store there. And it's actually quite nice :D
But I don't really like henna, so I didn't do one.

Had our Pad Thai (140 baht) as dinner :)
The only dish that I know in Thai name :P (except TomYam)

And that's all for the day.
Hope you guys enjoy reading.
And FINALLY ! I am blogging about my Bangkok trip after so long XD
Will be updating my Trip without parents | Bangkok | Day 2 soon :)

So, please be patient ya ~
And comment below if you have any questions like how I go there or
How much I spent for anything ~
I recorded all of them down ;) In case I don't over budget :D

Thanks for reading ! <3
